These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the mobile application (“App”) and services provided by Njoydrive Travels and Logistic Solutions Private Limited (“Njoydrive”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Business Nature: Car rental, employee transportation, corporate shuttle, and logistics services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App or services.
3. Scope of Services
Njoydrive provides:
- Chauffeur-driven car rental services
- Employee and corporate transportation services
- Airport transfers
- Logistics and travel-related services
Services may vary by city, vehicle availability, and contractual arrangements.
4. User Registration & Account
- Users must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Any activity under your account will be deemed as your responsibility
- Njoydrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or false information
5. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Prices displayed may include base fare and applicable taxes
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Toll charges
- Parking
- Driver allowance
- Waiting time
- Extra kilometres or hours
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods on the App
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary based on service type and booking time
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method
- No-show bookings may attract full charges
7. Vehicle Usage Rules
Users must:
- Use vehicles only for lawful purposes
- Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances
- Do not overload or misuse the vehicle
- Be liable for any traffic violations, limited to not wearing a safety seat belt, overloading passengers and luggage fines, or damages during the rental period
8. Driver Services
For chauffeur-driven services:
- Drivers are assigned by Njoydrive
- Driver working hours and rest periods must comply with safety norms
- Users must treat drivers respectfully
- Abuse or misconduct may result in immediate termination of service
9. Corporate & Employee Transportation
- Services are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicable
- The App acts as a service facilitation platform
- Njoydrive reserves the right to route optimisation and vehicle substitution
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or services
- Provide false information
- Harass drivers or staff
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems
- Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, software, and designs belong to Njoydrive
- Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited
12. Privacy & Data Protection
- User data is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy
- Location, trip, and usage data may be collected for service delivery
- Data is handled in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws
13. Limitation of Liability
Njoydrive shall not be liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party service failures
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Njoydrive against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of services
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
15. Force Majeure
Njoydrive shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or technical failures.
16. Termination of Services
Njoydrive may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected
- Required by law or authorities
17. Modifications to Terms
Njoydrive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
